The current request keeps auth, real deployment, frontend product UI, live data connectors, and AI Gateway integration for later. These are the operational steps to complete before public launch.
Launch checklist
Create Cloudflare Pages project for the docs/frontend and Workers project for the backend API.
Create D1, R2, and Queue resources. Replace placeholder IDs in Wrangler config.
Run D1 migrations remotely.
Add auth for internal endpoints and reviewer identity enforcement.
Add live data connectors and license checks.
Add AI Gateway calls if model-generated prose is desired.
Build review dashboard and user-facing feed UI.
Enable monitoring, alerts, queue retry policy, and data freshness checks.

Exchange market data and corporate data policies need legal/product review before commercial redistribution or automated production ingestion.
